2026-2 Update Log
This update focuses on core infrastructure improvements, expanded customisation options, and a more streamlined approach to resource documentation.
Action Required: All Page Addresses Have Changed
We have updated the way page addresses (URLs) work across the entire system to improve security and support new features.
- Update your Bookmarks: All previously saved links or bookmarks will no longer work. Please navigate to your preferred pages manually and re-save them.
- Whilst we expect most links to transition smoothly, if you notice a page that does not load correctly, please let us know via the chat widget.
Create Batch is now New Sales Invoice
To ensure consistency across our menus, the "Create Batch" link has been removed. It is now located under the Quick Create (+) menu at the top of the screen as "Sales Invoice," as well as the "New Sales Invoice Button" in the top right of Invoicing pages.
Multi-Product Quotes
You can now include multiple products in a single quote request.
- Standard Rate Quotes: These now allow for multiple products to be added to a single quote.
- Product Listing Quotes: A new quote type that allows for specific per-product pricing.
Customisation & Personalisation
Choose Your Own Homepage: You can now set your preferred landing page by clicking the little star next to your initials in the header. Choose the screen you use most—such as the Dashboard, Scheduler, or Open Orders—to appear immediately upon login. Company admins can also set this from user profiles.
Custom Absence Reasons: You can now define a bespoke list of absence reasons to better track staff leave.
- Where to find it: Settings > General Settings > Absence Reasons.
Order Search Presets: You can now save frequently used search criteria (such as "My pending orders" or "Deliveries this week") as a Preset. These can also be shared with other users in your company, making it easier for teams to work with the same filters.
Resource Document Updates
We have updated the way documents are handled for Drivers, Vehicles, Trailers, and Suppliers to provide a more consistent experience across resource profiles.
- Documents & Expiry Dates: Following a customer request, you can now upload certificates directly against expiry dates. To keep things organised, these specific files will not appear in the general documents tab; instead, the file is replaced whenever a new version is uploaded.
- Updated Interface: We have rebuilt the document tabs in resource profiles to ensure the styling is consistent and the upload buttons are more accessible.
Scheduler & Logistics Improvements
- Improved Drop Point Management: We have added a new tool for changing drop points on scheduled loads.
- Refined Menus: The right-click menu on the scheduler has been improved with clearer styling and easier-to-read options.
- Rate Table Cloning: You can now clone existing rate tables and apply percentage increases.
Bug Fixes & General Improvements
- Infrastructure: Changes to load line logic have improved performance across Open Orders and the Scheduler.
- E-Signatures: Improved the e-signature modal to prevent screen lockups.
- UI Fixes: The sidebar is now more stable, and delivery towns now display correctly on the Open Orders screen.
- Search: Improved autocomplete fields throughout the system for faster navigation.
- Reliability: Updated PDF document generation for better consistency.
