2026-3 Update Log
Our March update introduces enhanced compliance tools within the mobile app and a more robust workflow for managing vehicle and equipment faults. We have also refined how surcharges and scheduling restrictions are handled to give you more control.
Mobile App Enhancements
Compliance Questions for Drivers
Drivers can now be presented with compliance questions when completing jobs. These questions can be configured per order type, allowing you to ensure drivers acknowledge important requirements before signing. Go to Settings > Activity Questions under General Settings to set these up.
Signature Disclaimer
You can now display a configurable disclaimer to recipients before they sign for a delivery. This ensures that the person signing is aware of any terms or conditions before accepting the goods.
Fault Status Workflow (Plus Feature)
We have updated the fault management system with clearer status tracking and a revised layout for the fault detail view. You can now also see a live count of outstanding faults directly in the navigation sidebar for at-a-glance visibility.
- Pending (formerly "Open"): New faults start here. From this stage, they can be marked as Accepted or Ignored.
- Accepted: The fault has been acknowledged. You can then progress it to In Progress or skip straight to Complete.
- In Progress - Work is actively being done on the fault
Please note that suppressing a fault (changing it to Ignored) is now only available while the fault is still in the Pending stage.
Improved Surcharge Configuration
Order surcharges have been upgraded with more flexible options, including the introduction of variable cost types such as CPT, and redesigned with better visibility of how they affect order costs. Surcharge rates are also now stored to 4 decimal places for more precise rate calculations.
Minor Improvements
- Invoice Notes on PDFs - Invoice notes are now printed on invoice PDF templates and displayed within the order financials view.
- Scheduling Time Restrictions - You can now set specific pickup and drop-off time windows on individual load lines directly from the scheduling view.
- Revenue by Driver Report - The report now includes a Vehicle column and a Surcharges column, and calculates totals using chargeable quantity.
