2026-3.1 Update Log
Our second March update introduces several tools designed to handle repetitive tasks and improve planning accuracy. This includes a new AI-powered order parser to reduce manual data entry, automated shift closures for more reliable costings, and a keyword system to ensure only qualified resources are matched to your loads.
AI Order Parser (New Feature)
You can now create orders instantly from unstructured documents using our new AI-powered parsing engine.
- Document Upload: Simply upload PDFs or images of customer orders; the AI extracts key details automatically.
- Review & Edit: A review modal allows you to verify and correct data before creating the order.
- Multi-Product & Location Support: The parser handles multiple product lines and automatically matches addresses against your existing location database.
- Intelligent Learning: The system learns from your manual corrections to improve accuracy for future uploads from the same customer.
Usage & Pricing
We provide a pooled monthly allowance of 25 free parses per user across your entire organisation (e.g., 10 users = 250 free parses per month). Additional parses are charged at just 5p each.
Limited Time Offer: Take advantage of unlimited, free AI parsing while we are in our introductory phase.

Automated Shift Completion (Webfleet & Samsara)
To ensure accurate costing and hour tracking, we have extended our integrations with Webfleet and Samsara to act as a fallback for driver shift management.
- Automated Close: If a driver forgets to end their shift in the app, the system will now automatically complete open shifts overnight.
- Location Accuracy: The system retrieves the last known vehicle location from your telematics provider to ensure data integrity.
- Expanded Support: If you use a different telematics provider and would like to see this integration, please let us know!
Keyword-Based Load Matching
Enforce strict resource requirements during the planning stage with our new keyword system.
- Driver Requirements (
D:{KEY}): Add keywords to an order to mandate that the assigned driver has a matching tag or a valid custom date (e.g.,D:ADR,D:CPC). - Vehicle Requirements (
V:{KEY}): Require the vehicle to have a matching tag or valid custom date (e.g.,V:MOT) before it can be assigned to the load. - Trailer Requirements (
T:{KEY}): Mandate that the trailer has a matching keyword or valid custom date (e.g.,T:TASCC). - Visual Validation: When dragging an order onto the scheduler, any resources that do not meet the requirements are greyed out.
- Expiry Protection: The system automatically checks custom dates; if a qualification has expired, that resource will not satisfy the keyword requirement.
- Location Integration: Locations now support collection and delivery keywords that are automatically applied to the order upon selection.
- Subcontractors Excluded: Subcontract loads are never restricted by keyword matching as resource compliance is the subcontractor's responsibility.
Improvements & Reports
- Fleet Costings Report: A new weekly report providing a total cost breakdown for your vehicles, highlighting specific inefficiencies.
- Redesigned EDI Settings: We have rebuilt the EDI integration interface to make it easier to manage and delete individual rules.
- Product Aliases: EDI now supports product aliases, making it easier to map external customer codes to your internal product list.
- TASCC Badges: TASCC certification badges are now displayed on products and orders.
- ADR Classes on Orders: ADR hazard classes are now shown on orders for dangerous goods visibility.
- Performance: We’ve optimised order searches and removed unused background code to significantly reduce page load times.
- Modernised Vehicle Profiles: The vehicle profile view has been migrated to a modern interface with improved navigation and direct links from load views.
