2026-6 Update Log
Office Alerts
Office Alerts adds a notification bell to the top bar so operators can quickly spot and act on issues that need attention. The first alert type available catches missed arrivals — when telematics shows a vehicle is on site but the driver hasn't logged their arrival in the app.
- Missing-arrival detection - after telematics sync, TransMaS checks active loads for vehicles sitting inside a destination geofence without an arrival time recorded.
- Operator review modal - click Review to see the matched order, load, driver, vehicle, site, booked times, existing actuals, cargo, and telematics suggestion before making a decision.
- Confirm the actual arrival - the suggested time is pre-filled from the vehicle entering the geofence, but can be adjusted if the driver or operator confirms a different time.
- Audit and telematics back-fill - confirmed arrivals are recorded as an office-set audit entry, and the nearest telematics position and odometer reading are back-filled where available.
- False-positive handling - dismiss alerts that are not genuine arrivals, such as a vehicle waiting nearby or an incorrect match.
Cleanout Instructions
Trailer cleanouts are now available to add as instructions. They go from dispatcher, through the driver app, and back into your trailer history. No more chasing drivers for a clean reference or guessing what was done between loads.
- Configurable cleanout types - manage your own list of cleanout types (e.g. Wet wash, Dry sweep, Steam clean) from Settings → Cleanouts. Each type can be flagged to require a photo on completion.
- Dispatcher-created cleanouts - add a Cleanout instruction to any load just like a trailer pickup or drop. You can pre-select a cleanout type and location; the driver can accept or change these on the day.
- Driver signature + type capture - on completion the driver picks the cleanout type, signs for it, and (where the type requires it) uploads one or more photos. Driver-initiated ad-hoc cleanouts are also supported when no instruction was pre-created.
- Location override with Google Places - if the driver ends up cleaning at a different site, they can pick the actual location via Google Places search; the override address is stored alongside the original assigned site for audit.
- TASCC status panel on trailer detail - the trailer-detail screen on the trailer roster now shows the last cleanout (type, date, driver, signature, photos) and lists every load run since, so you can see at a glance whether a trailer is clean for the next job.
- Wrong-day protection - cleanouts completed on the wrong day automatically move the original instruction to the day they were completed to keep trailer history and costings consistent.
Incident Reporting (Plus Only)
Roadside collisions and incidents can now be recorded digitally with parties, photos, and a full audit trail. This is available to both office users and driver apps.
- Record incidents from the office - new "Incident Reports" screen under Prestart/Faults. Capture the date/time, driver, vehicle, trailer, location, and a full description.
- Map-based location picker - click anywhere on a Google Map to set the incident location; the address is detected automatically so coordinates and the address stay in sync.
- Parties involved - add as many parties as needed (passenger, witness, police officer, other official, third-party driver/occupant) in a collapsible list.
- Photo uploads - drag and drop scene photos directly onto the report; each image uploads immediately and is attached when you save.
- Status workflow + audit trail - update status (Open / Closed) with optional notes; every change is timestamped against the user who made it and shown in the Audit tab.
- Document attachments - upload police reports, witness statements, and any other supporting documents directly to the incident.
- Automatic email notification - company admins are emailed when a new incident is submitted so nothing slips through.
Minor Changes
- Redesigned Instructions menu - the Instructions dropdown on the load/schedule view has been replaced with a wider overlay menu. Instructions are grouped into Trailer, Vehicle and Other sections, with saved presets shown alongside a preview of the preset text, so the right option is easier to spot at a glance.
- New Standard Delivery Note Template - the standard pdf template for delivery notes and ePOD has been updated to reflect our newer layouts into a vertical layout. We have also added the "units" box to the product section.
- Contract Order Surcharges - when generating orders from a contract order, you will now be able to assign surcharges directly like you can when creating a single order.
- Faults now have ongoing notes - store free type notes against an ongoing fault so you can monitor its progress and make sure everything is recorded.
- Units added to scheduler - a new column has been added to the scheduler to show "units" from the product select screen.
- Accounts setup - improved the experience when linking a new accounts software and streamlined the linking process
