2026-6.1 Update Log
"Lite" Users reduced rate
After many (many) requests, we have introduced a "Lite" user. This gives users access to the system at a reduced price (£20/month), with limited access covering:
- Purchase Order System
- Faults System (Plus only)
- Reporting
Each section is still controlled by permissions in the user profile. Any users changed mid-month will be charged at the higher full-user rate for that month.
New Dashboard and order views
The company dashboard hasn't had any work done to it in quite a while, despite being the page most users log into each day.
We've given it a fresh redesign with cleaner widgets and more space to view your information. The information itself is unchanged, but we hope it's clearer to find when you need it. Let us know what you think.
Scheduler pre-scheduling/groups
From the scheduling screen, you can now "pre-plan" or group your consignments together on the fly. This lets you ensure that two or more orders are planned together on the same vehicle at a future point in time.
This can be done in one of three ways:
- Drag one order onto another, and a new group will be generated instantly.
- Right click any consignment to create its own group.
- Press "m" to enter multi-select mode, select your consignments, then press Create Group in the newly styled toolbar.
Updates to Bills
We've made a few updates to the Bill system in the last couple of weeks.
The most noticeable is the ability to upload a document to a Bill and store it in TransMaS for future reference.
We've also added the ability for all accounting platforms to export Bills directly to their accounts package. To activate this, ask your company admin to enable the function in company settings. Xero, Sage 50, Sage Online, and QuickBooks Online are all supported.
Updates to Quotes
We've rebuilt the Quote system from the ground up to make creating and managing quotes much faster.
- Full-screen creation screen — quotes now have their own dedicated screen, with the document or email on the left and the quote form on the right, the same layout you're used to when creating an order from a document.
- Live mileage & rate calculation - distance is calculated as you build the quote, and rates can be pulled automatically from your rate tables (or set manually per leg).
- Multi-leg quotes - add and remove legs with full parity between the create and edit screens.
- View & edit modal - open any saved quote to review or amend it, with all fields pre-populated.
- Expiry dates - set when a quote expires, with a clear "Expired" badge once it lapses.
- Create from email add-ons - start a brand new quote directly from the Outlook and Google email add-ons.
Minor Changes
- Order entry routing - creating orders now checks the cargo when calculating the route (for example, an ADR/hazmat product, or a wide load that can't use certain roads).
- Order Route View - you can now view the postcode-to-postcode route the system is calculating.
- Redesigned User Edit Screen - in line with the new Lite user option, the user profile has been redesigned to have a new modern look.
- Updated Fault and Prestart PDFs - The fault and prestart PDFs were updated to bring them in line with other documents.
- New filters on the Diary view - You now have additional filters on the daily planner, including filtering to just drivers with work for the current day.
- Alert map view - Updated the new office alerts to include a map to show the locations we saw the vehicle around the time of the alert.
- Settings view updates - We have synchronised all settings page headers to the new style. Additionally you can now quick switch from one settings list to another.
- Planner Diary Updates - The diary view was updated to make it easier to read, along with new icons, text style and general styles there is a new dropdown filter option.
- Outlook add-on improvements - The Outlook task pane has been updated, now shows the signed-in company, supports dark mode, and keeps you logged in across restarts.
- Email send logging - all order emails now log when an email has been sent, so you can confirm what's gone out.
