Add TransMaS to your Windows taskbar
You can add TransMaS to your Windows taskbar so it opens like an app. You only need to set it up once.
You can use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. The steps are very similar.
What does “create as an app” mean?
It gives TransMaS its own icon and its own window. It does not change your account or install a different version of TransMaS.
Using Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Go to TransMaS and sign in as normal.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Click More tools, then Apps.
- Click Install this site as an app.
- Keep the name TransMaS, then click Install.
Pin it to the taskbar
- When the TransMaS app opens, find its icon on the bar at the bottom of your screen.
- Right-click the icon.
- Click Pin to taskbar.
The icon will now stay there, even after you close TransMaS.
Using Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome.
- Go to TransMaS and sign in as normal.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Click Cast, save, and share.
- Click Install page as app.
- Click Install.
- When the app opens, right-click its icon at the bottom of your screen and click Pin to taskbar.
Open TransMaS next time
Click the TransMaS icon on your taskbar. TransMaS will open in its own window, just like your other apps.
- You use TransMaS in exactly the same way.
- You may still need to sign in from time to time.
- You still need an internet connection.
If you cannot find “Pin to taskbar”
- Click the Windows Start button.
- Type TransMaS.
- Right-click TransMaS.
- Click Pin to taskbar.
Microsoft Edge alternative
- Type edge://apps into the address bar in Microsoft Edge and press Enter.
- Find TransMaS and click Details.
- Click Pin to taskbar.
