Managing Users
TransMaS user management allows you to give employees access to the system directly.
You can assign individual permission levels to different areas of the system per user allowing you to maintain your data privacy and security.
To manage user accounts for your company you must have the Company Admin Role, you can then access user management from Settings > Users
Adding a user
Each user requires a unique email address and can only be logged in to once device at a time
To create a new user for your TransMaS account, do the following:
- Select Settings from the menu.
- Click Users at the bottom of the page.
- Click Add User at the top right.
- In the modal that displays, enter the users email address and name.
- Under the permissions section, select the level of access you want to provide for each module.
- Click Create User
Once these steps are complete, if successful, the user will receive a welcome email from TDi and TransMaS. The user must click on the link in the TDi welcome email to activate their TDi Software account, and set their password. Their email will function as their user name.
