Set default app scan mode

Default POD scan filters can now be customized in your account settings - this lets you set whether you want PODs to scan as monochrome, photo, etc.

1. Click your initials on the top right of the screen, then click Company Settings.

   Note: you must be a company admin to access this.

2. Scroll down to the Default App Scan Filter drop down, which is at the bottom of Account Settings.
3. Select from the following options
   1. Automatic
   2. Automatic Monochrome
   3. Automatic Black and white
   4. Automatic Color
   5. Photo
4. Click Update Company to save your changes.

These will slightly change the appearance and quality of scans. They will still all save as PDFs. Drivers can still access other filters in the app when scanning PODs:
