The Billing Dashboard

The Billing Dashboard is the central location where Account Administrators can view and manage their TransMaS billing information. This page provides a detailed breakdown of your charges for the current and previous months, allows you to access recent invoices, and ensures you can easily update your payment and billing information.

Access and Permissions

Access to the Billing Dashboard is currently restricted to users with the Company Admin permission only.

How to Access

  1. Click your initials in the top right corner of the platform.
  2. Select Billing Dashboard from the drop-down menu.

What You Can See

The Billing Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your account's financial status:

  • Monthly Charges Breakdown: A detailed breakdown of your current month charges based on TransMaS User count, App Usage, and Documents. Each item is shown with the quantity, rate, and total amount.

  • Recent Invoices: A list from which you can view or download recent invoices.
  • Account Creation Date: The date your TransMaS account was created.
  • Payment Details: The current payment method and associated billing email address.

How to Update Billing Information

You can easily change or update your payment details to ensure continuous service. Just click the blue Update Billing Details button in the payment details section. We support the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Direct Debit
  • Google Pay

We use Stripe for all payment processing to ensure secure handling of your financial information.
