Scheduler Updates November 2025

We have been busy with a huge update to the scheduler behind the scenes, bringing speed improvements and even more data at your fingertips. This includes a new and refreshed Schedule View Screen, and more colours and icons on the scheduler (because that's just what you needed!). Read on for more.

New Schedule View

We have rebuilt the schedule view from the ground up, while retaining the structure from before, we have consolidated the line data into one column to make additional space. The new screen is also mobile first, meaning if you are accessing the data from your phone out of hours, its actually readable now.

The sea of colours has gone away though which will likely appear to be the largest change, now we have only a coloured badge, and a border down the left. This gives the screen a much more polished and clean look while retaining the quick glance capability.

We have also added a new purple style for "on site" which wasn't there before.

Revamped costings

The ETA and costings system has had a massive rebuild to make it more reliable and more transparent, if vehicle/trailer/driver costs are available the system will now calculate the costs on any changes to the load, and make it instantly available to you, which leads us to the next update...

Map View

By clicking the map button it will now toggle an inline map, this will show the recommended truck route for the day, and by hovering over individual lines on the table you will be shown that section.

Updated Scheduler

The scheduler has had some minor updates thanks in part to our previous updates. First we have added an absence quick view to the top of the screen, allowing you to see the drivers off on any day. Hover or click to view more information.

Enhanced Mode

The schedules panel has been updated, with a new Enhanced version available. This is available from the "All Schedules" dropdown by selecting Toggle Enhanced mode. Enabling this function will show you a 2nd line on each schedule, showing you all of the stops on their route and their progress through them.

This is optional so you can easily toggle it on or off as you wish, and it will remember your settings between page refreshes.

On-site flag

Schedules currently on-site will now show their activity count in purple, with a hover over to show where they currently are.

Loss leading schedules flagged

If you are taking advantage of the costings module, the system will now show an alert when there is a schedule with a < 10% loss vs revenue.
