TASCC Compliance
If you are an operator in the TASCC network, TransMaS includes TASCC compliance options to help you in your work.
Product Settings
You can set whether a product is exempt from TASCC or a TASCC product in a product profile.
- Go to Settings > Products and open the product detail screen by clicking on its code or the view (🔍) icon at the end of the line.
- Navigate to the Additional tab.
- Select TASCC or EXCLUDED from the drop down menu.
- Click Update to save your changes.
Trailer Settings
Within the Trailer profile screen, you can now set keywords against each trailer. In order to carry a TASCC product, the trailer must include the TASCC keyword. Additionally, if the product is marked exempt, then you will receive an error when trying to add it to a TASCC trailer.
- Go to Settings > Trailers under Scheduling Settings and open the Trailer detail screen by clicking on its code or the view (🔍) icon at the end of the line.
- On the Detail tab, enter TASCC in the keyword field.
- Press
ENTER
orTAB
to confirm (otherwise it will not save). - Click Update to save your changes.
How this works on orders and scheduling
The process is completed by automatic keywords on the order.
- When an order contains a TASCC product, the
TASCC
keyword will automatically be applied to the order and restrict it to just TASCC trailers. - When an order contains TASCC excluded products, the
!TASCC
keyword will be applied to the order and restrict it to non-TASCC trailers only.
