Reserved Order Keywords

You can assign keywords to orders, which allows you to filter them via the search tool and are extremely flexible as you can set anything you like, and multiple per order.

Some keywords however, trigger specific usage in the system and may cause unintended side effects if not used correctly. They are listed below for your reference.

ADR - ADR products included on the order, this will be applied automatically for an order which contains ADR products, will cause the order to be highlighted as a warning on the scheduler.

BULK_ORDER - Signifies that the order was generated from a Contract Order (previously known as bulk order) and is applied automatically

LONG - While not currently generating any system changes, this keyword is automatically applied to all orders with products greater than 18.75m in length.

WTN - WTN will trigger a Waste Transfer Note to replace the standard Delivery note/ePOD on an order. If configured as described in Enable Waste Transfer Notes this will be applied automatically.
