We're excited to announce our latest product update, bringing key improvements to mobile usability, scheduling visibility, multi-currency support, and overall platform speed!


Scheduler Updates

This update includes the major scheduler update we wrote up last week: Scheduler Updates November 2025 as well as a few additional features.

Scheduler Absences Added

We've always taken pride in our auto-roster system. However, one key piece of information was missing from the Scheduler: who is off this week.

  • Now, you can see a summary of the current 7-day period right from your scheduler screen.
  • A simple hover-and-click option lets you see exactly who is off and when, eliminating the need to constantly switch between the Roster and Absence Calendar.

Schedule Photos Upgrade

With this latest update, we’ve made photos a more useful tool:

  • We've added a grid-like display for easy viewing.
  • You now have the option to view or delete photos as required.
  • Would you like the ability to upload your own photos from the system side (instead of via app only)? Let us know! If this is a popular idea, we can make it happen.

Order Screen, Invoicing, Dashboard and Other Updates.

New Order Kanban Screen (Mobile Compatible)

In an attempt to make TransMaS truly usable on a mobile device, we have introduced a new screen in the Orders menu, labelled "Kanban Board".

  • This screen groups all of your orders for a day into one of four intuitive columns, allowing you to track progress at a glance.
  • Orders start in the New column and move along as they complete their stages.
  • Drag-and-Drop: You can drag cards between certain columns to update their status.
  • Quick Access: Click on a card to see its schedule (or allocate it), and click the job number to view the order itself.

Install TransMaS as an App

We've added the necessary code to allow you to install TransMaS as a native-feeling app straight from your browser's address bar.

  • If you're using Chrome or Edge, simply look for the install icon in your browser's address bar. It will ask if you want to install it as an app, opening TransMaS in its very own dedicated window, free from browser clutter. (The process and availability of this feature in other browsers may vary.)

Multi-Currency Support

You can now select the currency for your invoices per customer!

  • By default, all accounts will show GBP.
  • Within the customer profile, you can now set the default to EUR or USD. Other currencies are available on demand.

Important: Before using this feature, please contact support so we can ensure any existing integrations are also updated to handle the new currency options.

"Actuals Only" Dashboard Toggle

The Company Dashboard has been updated to give you cleaner, more accurate reporting.

  • Old Dashboard: Used collection/delivery dates (even ranges) to provide potentials, showing revenue and work you "could" have.
  • New Toggle: When selected at the top of the screen, the data will now show data based only on actual delivery completion data for that day (i.e., jobs that have been completed). This gives you a clear view of realised revenue.

Optimisations Galore

We’ve been looking at some of the slowest bottlenecks in TransMaS to see what can be improved. We are just getting started, but the initial results are great!

  • We have managed to cut some requests down to 30% of their original load time.
  • One of the changes we have made is to migrate the Order view to our modern setup, so if you spot any issues with it please let me know.

New Bank Holiday Settings

Under your Company Settings (click initials in top right > select Company Settings), you can now select from 3 different sets of bank holidays, England/Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
