Keyboard Navigation

Keyboard shortcuts provide a quick and easy way to move around TransMaS and arrive at regularly used screens.

Keyboard Shortcuts - Universal

• CMD + K Quick Search
• F8 Add Order
• F7 Add Add Schedule
• F9 Quote
• F1 your Activity log
• Shift + F8 your last created Order

Scheduler Shortcuts

• M Toggle Multi-select mode
• SHIFT + M Select all orders in multi mode
• ALT + C Work in auto-confirm mode

Order Shortcuts

• F2 Pressing F2 inside a customer or location search box will open a full search dialog with more information.
• M Toggle multi-select mode in Order Search screen
• SHIFT + M Select all orders in multi mode in Order Search screen

Date field keyboard shortcuts

While the datepicker is open, the following key commands are available:

• PAGE UP : Move to the previous month.
• PAGE DOWN : Move to the next month.
• CTRL  + PAGE UP : Move to the previous year.
• CTRL  + PAGE DOWN : Move to the next year.
• CTRL  + HOME : Open the datepicker if closed.
• CTRL /COMMAND  + HOME : Move to the current month.
• CTRL /COMMAND  + LEFT : Move to the previous day.
• CTRL /COMMAND  + RIGHT : Move to the next day.
• CTRL /COMMAND  + UP : Move to the previous week.
• CTRL /COMMAND  + DOWN : Move to the next week.
• ENTER : Select the focused date.
• CTRL /COMMAND  + END : Close the datepicker and erase the date.
• ESCAPE : Close the datepicker without selection.
