Integrate with TDi vehicle-check

Automatically receive vehicle-check Check data from TDi vehicle-check into your TransMaS account. This will automatically add a precheck to the load within your TransMaS scheduler.

Requirements

• TDi: Valid vehicle-check subscription
• TransMaS: None

Deployment

vehicle-check has the ability to send webhooks which are a way of communication between systems when specific events occur. TransMaS can utilise these to receive automatic data when a check is completed by your drivers.

This all happens in the background and will not need any direct interaction on your behalf.

Prerequisites

• Drivers tachograph and/or licence number should be present in both systems and matching
• Asset Names should match a vehicle or trailer name field in transmas
• Obtain your depot key from Settings > Depots in transmas

Activating Connection

1. In the vehicle-check dashboard, navigate to Settings > Webhooks > Manage Webhooks
2. Click the Add Endpoint button
3. In the Endpoint URL box, enter https://server.transmas.net/hooks/tdi-vehicle-check/{key} replacing {key} with your depot key.

Once the above steps are completed, your data will automatically begin transferring from one system to the other for any future checks.
