Traffic Sheet Explained
The traffic sheet is a tool within TransMaS that allows you to monitor all of your drivers, orders and locations in real time.
For this to be able your drivers must be using the TransMas app on their phones or tablets.
The traffic sheet is split into columns. These include:
- Driver - This shows who is the driver
There is a phone on the side of the driver. This shows if and when they last logged into the app
- Vehicle & Trailer - This shows the vehicle and trailer being used. They will show as **** if there is not one set.
Both vehicle and trailer may have a orange cloud next to them. This shows if a walk round check has been completed for this vehicle (must have a compatible vehicle check system).
- Last app status - This shows the last location the driver left and the location they are heading to.
This also shows an ETA of when the driver will arrive
Orders - This is broken into 2 parts. The left will show the orders confirmed and the number on the right is the total orders for the driver. For example, 3/4 would mean the driver has 4 orders but one needs to be confirmed.
Revenue - This is the total revenue on the order
KMs - This is the total amount of KMs the driver will be doing for all of the orders on their load
P/L - This is an estimated profit / loss based on the rate, time and KMs.
- Notes - When you are on a load you have an internal notes option at the bottom. All notes will appear on this column.
ETA explained
The ETA appears on the right hand side on the last app status column. This looks like the screenshot below:
- If the entire row is Orange - this means a driver has been on site for more than 30 minutes.
- If the entire row is Red - this means the driver has been on a site for more than 1 hour
- If ETA shows Blue - this means the driver is set to arrive in time for the ETA
- If the ETA is Red - this means the driver is behind and will be arriving after the ETA
- The exit icon shows the time the driver left their last pick up / drop off location
