Set contact info and notes on invoices

To edit contact info and notes for all invoices

Go to Settings, select Depot under Management, then navigate to the Invoice Settings tab.

Here you can change which email address for your company is displayed on invoices, as well as edit other address details. Contact information will display in the header of your invoices, and Invoice Notes (commonly used for bank details) will display at the bottom of the invoice.

To set customer-specific notes

in Settings > Customers there is an invoicing tab with customer specific notes. These display at the bottom of every invoice to that customer and are added to any notes that are set depot-wide.
