How to Configure Your Depot Settings
The Depot Settings page allows you to manage various aspects of your depot's information, including invoicing, waste transfer notes, email templates, and document attachments. You can access these settings by going to Settings in the hamburger menu on the left, then scrolling down to find Depots under Management settings.

Click on the view 🔍button under the Actions column to open up the profile for your depot. Below we will go through the information that can be accessed or updated in each tab of the profile.

Details
This section displays the depot's name and its email address. The email address shown here is used as the "from" address for all emails generated by the system, such as delivery notes, quotes, and invoices.
Invoice Settings
Information entered in this section will appear on your invoices. This includes contact information and any other notes you wish to add. For more detailed instructions, see the article How to set notes and contact info on invoices.
Waste Settings
Information set in this section will be displayed on your Waste Transfer Notes (WTNs). This is useful for ensuring that your WTNs contain all the necessary legal and operational details. For more information on how to enable and use WTNs, refer to the article Enable Waste Transfer Notes.
Notes
The Notes section allows you to append custom notes to the bottom of specific email types. You can set limited formatting options, and include links to external documents. You can add notes to the following:
- Delivery Notes
- Quote Emails
- Subcontractor Emails
Any note you set here will be automatically added to every email of that type sent from the system. For more information on configuring settings for subcontractors, see Managing Suppliers & Subcontractors.
Documents
This section enables you to attach documents to different types of emails. You can add an attachment to one of the following:
- Subcontractor Orders
- New Customer Orders
- Quote Terms
Once uploaded, the document will be attached to all emails of the selected type. Additionally, you can view and delete documents from this section.
