How to cancel an order
The primary method to cancel an order is to open the order and click the red Cancel button in the lower left.
You will then be prompted to provide a reason for the cancelation, and to confirm your choice.
If the order was new (unallocated), you are now done.
If the order was already scheduled (allocated to a driver), you will get an additional confirmation box asking if you want to force cancellation. If you click OK, it will cancel the order and remove the load line (but not the load itself). When deleting the load line any signatures and/or photos will also be removed. If you click cancel, it will not cancel the order and it will remain assigned to the load.
Shortcuts for canceling new orders
On new, unallocated orders, there are shortcuts to cancel them from the Scheduler Screen.
Right click
on the order line, and select cancel.Press
M
for multi-mode. Then you can select multiple orders, and can cancel them altogether with the cancel button on the multi-mode toolbar.
Canceling a completed order
You will need to open the order and click Un-Complete Order in the bottom left before you can cancel the order.
This will open a confirmation box that asks if you want to roll back the order.
From there, the order to revert to the allocated status and the Cancel Order button will be present in the bottom left of the order detail screen. Canceling it will remove vehicle/information from the order.
Restore a canceled order
Once canceled the order is not actually deleted. It is removed from all listings, but can still be found in search. You can search for it by any of the usual ways, and the Order Search screen does allow you to search by status of Canceled. This will change the order's status to New. Any previous driver/vehicle assignments will no longer be present, but if the order had previously been marked delivered, times and quantities will remain in the completion tab.
