How to set up a new customer
- Go to Settings in the main menu
- Select Customers under Order Settings
- Click Create Customer on the top right.
- Enter the customer code. The code must be unique and only contain letters, numbers and underscores. It must also contain at least 4 characters.
- Enter the customer name.
- Fill out other details as needed.
Configuration of new customer
In the Create Customer dialog, go the the Configuration tab.
The Accounts Code would be the code for your customer from your invoicing system.

- Set Default Type - these are populated from your order type list created in Settings > Order Types.
- Set Default Rate Type.
Order Delay Notification: You can set up email notifications to go directly to your customers, when a driver is on site for x minutes it will automatically send, and then every "y" minutes it will send again.

POD Scanning Text: When you are in a document preview, this text will display next to the customer name after you have put an order number in - see the yellow text below for an example.
Lastly, click Create to save your work.
