Requesting an Absence from the App (TransMaS Plus)
With TransMaS Plus, drivers can now request time off in the TransMaS app, see how much leave they have remaining, and view or cancel any upcoming leave or pending requests.
All of these functions can be accessed under the Rota tab of the driver's app.

To request leave
- Press the blue Request Leave button in the bottom right corner.
- Select your reason.
- Select the date range. First press on the first day of leave you want, then the last. If the request is only for one day, double tap that day (since it is both first and last). Then tap Save in the upper right.
- Select whether the leave request is for a full day, morning, or afternoon.
- Select Submit Request to finish the process.

The requested leave will then show in the Pending Requests section of the screen until it is approved or rejected. Once office staff approve or reject the leave, the driver will receive an email notification of the decision, and approved leave will show in the Upcoming Leave section.

To cancel leave
Either pending requests or approved leave can be canceled in the app. Simply swipe the card to the left and confirm the cancellation.
