Confirming Orders on Loads

Once you have planned jobs for the day, it's time to confirm them. By default, orders will be assigned to a load in draft mode (shown in the example below in white). This means that nobody outside of the system is able to see the plan so far. Once you are ready to send it to the mobile app and/or any linked integrations, follow one of the steps below:

  • From the load view, right click on the line and select Confirm
  • Click the Confirm All button to automatically confirm all lines in one click

Once a record is confirmed it will show as green until completed.

Confirm from the Scheduler directly

If you don't want to go into all that detail, you can now right click on the load record from the scheduler, and select "confirm load."

Auto-confirmation Mode

By default, any planning done is in draft format. By pressing C at any time (when not in an input box), you will toggle auto-confirm mode. This will show a green Auto confirm mode indicator at the top of the available orders.

When orders are planned they will then automatically be confirmed and sent to the mobile app.

Next Steps

Once confirmed, allocated jobs are visible on the Drivers App and you can track progress on the Traffic Sheet.
