Schedule Panel on the Scheduler

The Schedule Panel on the Scheduler Screen shows all available schedules for the selected day. Right click on a schedule line to view driver, vehicle, or trailer profile; confirm or delete schedule; or to view running sheet.

If you need to add drivers to the schedule panel, see more at Schedule Creation.

  • Schedule Filters - Above you can see it is set to all schedules, but if you click the drop down it has filtering options including My Drivers (drivers you manage), Empty Schedules Only, No Driver Selected, No Vehicle Selected, No Trailer Selected, Days Only, Nights Only, and Subcontract Only. If changes have been made to the roster, there is also an option to rebuild the roster. You can also select Schedules to print from this list if you want delivery notes or manifests.
  • Sort columns - The first column is the number of locations set for this schedule. The "5" in the example above includes a start point and collection and delivery points for two orders. The other columns are also sortable.
  • Color at the start of the line:
    • Grey = Schedule is not confirmed, still in draft state.
    • Green = Schedule is confirmed and sent to driver.
    • Blue = Delivery has been completed.
  • Subcontractors display slightly differently. The supplier code is shown in bold, with their name next to it. If it is a managed subcontractor, that will display as a note in their line.

App Status and Vehicle Check Integrations

The phone icon at the end of each schedule line changes appearance depending on the state of the driver's schedule and his digital footprint for the day, updating live from the driver's app and vehicle check systems.

TransMaS integrates with vehicle check systems to show walk-around checks in the Schedule Panel. Currently supported systems include TDi vehicle-check (https://tdisoftware.co.uk/vehicle-check) and Gearbox (https://gearbox.au) but more will be included in future. If you do not have any vehicle check integrations, there will still be a phone icon that will change from yellow to blue when a schedule is completed.

  • Yellow phone icon → Driver is logged in on the app
  • Green phone icon → Driver has completed at least one precheck (on any vehicle/trailer).
  • Blue phone icon → Driver has completed their shift.
  • Yellow warning sign next to vehicle/trailer  → The driver has completed other prechecks but not for this asset.
  • Red warning sign next to vehicle/trailer  → A precheck was done but had a failure.

If you open up a schedule, whether any vehicle checks have been done, and the details, will show:
